As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Partnership Director to lead our Midwest region, driving success for our sales team and fostering strong relationships with restaurant partners.Position Overview
You’ll lead the charge in building strong partnerships, onboarding major accounts, meeting regional targets, and ensuring the overall success of your territory. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and train a team of sales representatives across the Midwest region.
- Account Oversight: Be the primary point of contact for sales reps and key restaurant partners, ensuring satisfaction and success.
- Target Achievement: Set and meet regional revenue and growth targets.
- Account Onboarding: Personally oversee the onboarding process for large or strategic accounts, ensuring seamless integration
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to sales reps to ensure they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales reps to strategize and close deals, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Weekly Meetings: Lead regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and provide coaching.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships with restaurant owners and managers to drive mutual success.
- Reporting: Track and analyze regional performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, territory management, or partnership development, preferably in the food, hospitality, or tech industries.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while traveling as needed within the region.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to strategize and execute effectively.
- Passion for food and creating win-win partnerships.
